We do, free shipping will be automatically added at the time of purchase on all order over $75USD.
In both our Main Menu and Site Footer you will find the option to “Change Region”.
Please note that local regional sites only allow shipping to their respective regions. To ship products outside of that region please select the correct corresponding region or our global site if a regional site is not available.
ALL orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide (2-3 Business Days).
Order placed before 6PM EST, will be shipped the following business day.
We’ve kept it super simple. We ship Globally for a Flat Rate Fee of $7.50USD, for orders under $75USD and Free for all orders above $75USD.
All shipping costs are “to your door” including all Taxes and Duties.

As soon as your is processed for shipping, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation including your tracking number. We process orders between 7PM and 6AM EST.
Yes you read that right, it’s not a typo. We deliver your packages to you from the Lion City (Singapore) and operate in the timezone GMT+8.
We will always do our best to get you package shipped the next business day. We have worked diligently to overcome all foreseeable Customs bottlenecks to prevent the delay of your shipment. For most regions, you should expect your delivery within 3 to 4 business days from the time you placed your order.
The moment we have processed your order, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. This email includes your DHL Express Worldwide tracking number so that you can easily keep an eye on your shipment. In Gmail, these emails can at times end up in your spam folder or “promotions” tab. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, try searching for all emails from @gherbal.com. Please keep in mind: Our processing and dispatch process starts from the moment we get payment authorisation and verification. If you haven’t seen an updated to your tracking info for over 48 hours, or you’re unable to find your Shipping Confirmation email, send us a message right away.
If you noticed your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please send us a message asap, and we’ll do our best to change the address before the package is out for delivery. Please keep in mind that addresses changes can impact delivery times depending on what stage of the delivery process you shipment is on when the request is made.
Although DHL is incredibly reliable, at times the individual responsible for the “last mile” of your delivery may mark on order “Delivered” before physically dropping the package at your address. We apologise for any inconveniences this might cause. If your package still hasn’t arrived within 24hrs after the estimated delivery time and/or marked “Delivered” event, please contact us here and we will get it resolved for you.
RETURNS / REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are limited in our ability to change orders once an order has been placed. This is because we work tirelessly to get all orders out the following business day. With that in mind please ensure your order is correct prior to completing the checkout process.
We will always do our best to accommodate your request, however please understand this is not always possible. To request a change to your order please contact us here immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the requested change.
Our returns policy is simple and straight forward. Begin by notifying us of your intentions to make using the Returns Request form found here. We will respond to you with 1 business day and provide full details of how to prepare your package for return and where to send it.
All Returns & Exchanges must be sent back to us within 30days of delivery confirmation.
We will not accept any Returns or Exchanges that have not been initiated through the Refund & Exchange Request form found here.
Please note shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.
We are all human after all, and mistakes sometimes happen. If you have received the wrong order, we like to start by apologising for the inconvenience this has caused.
Simply notify us using the form here and we will get a Return Shipping Label off to you immediately and send out the correct item/s.
Like people, couriers aren’t perfect, and from time to time packages get damaged in delivery. We have ensured all of our packaging exceeds international drop/edge crush test standards, however occasionally the unforeseen happens.
Simply notify us using the form here of any damaged products and we will respond to you the following business day, and ship you replacement immediately.
Only products purchased through gherbal.com can be return through gherbal.com. Every individual platform, marketplace and retailer has their own returns & exchange policy. Please contact the original company of purchase to learn more about their individual policies.

Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and processed at the respective receiving destination or as soon as we receive a shipment status update depending on the method of retun shipment selected by you.
You will receive a Refund Notification email from us the moment a refund has been processed on our end. All refunds are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order (Credit Card, PayPal or Store Credit). PayPal and Store Credit refunds are instantaneous, while credit card refunds can take up to 2 weeks from processing to be visible on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
