If you have an acute issue for which you think a higher dosage would be required, it is perfectly safe to do so until it subsides. For example, if you feel you may get the flu, it is fine to take 4 capsules of BODY a day, to give your body that extra immune boost. Only WOMAN should not be taken in a higher dosage than recommended.
The optimal way to take each G Herbal products is as follows:

It is not required to take G Herbal products with food.
It is unlikely that G Herbal products will adversely interact with pharmaceuticals. However, even natural foods can react with some prescription drugs. Yes, G Herbal products are safe to take whilst taking antibiotics. The ingredients in the G Herbal formulations, especially G 1708 Body, provide your body with the optimal support to help fight infection and help restore your body to maximum health.
G Herbal can be taken at any time of day that suits your schedule. None of the ingredients contain stimulants that risk keeping you awake. Likewise, none of the ingredients are known to cause drowsiness during the day. However, G 1708 Body does increase your energy levels, as such some people may experience higher alertness levels at night.
G Herbal products have no known unfavourable side effects and contains no allergens. We have specifically selected ingredients based on safety and efficacy. However, it is possible for almost anything to cause a reaction in individual cases. STORING G HERBAL
It is not recommended to keep G Herbal products in the fridge. We advise keeping your G Herbal products on display in your home as a reminder to take it. It should be kept at a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius. They should be kept out of reach of children and it should not be displayed in direct sunlight or close to heat sources such as radiators, cookers, or under strong lights.

Subscriptions are an easier way to keep yourself healthy-er. Subscribe to your favourite products and enjoy a saving over the cost of buying once. Subscriptions on all products are a 2 (two) purchase commitment.

1st Renewal Payments will be charged 25 days from the date of initial purchase. We do this to ensure you never run out of products. All subsequent renewals will be charged at Monthly (30 day) intervals.
WOMAN
Each package of WOMAN is a 2 (two) months supply. Renewal payments for subscriptions of WOMAN are processed at intervals of 2 months (60 days)

Subscriptions require a registered account in order to function. This allows for us to be able to store subscription data, preferences and process renewals on your behalf.
With Subscriptions as with all orders processed on gherbal.com we never store any payment information on our servers. All payments and payment information is stored and processed by Stripe.
Going on vacation? Still have capsules left over? No Problem. We make it uber easy to Pause or Suspend your subscription. Head over to Subscriptions in your My Account dashboard and view the Subscription you would like to Pause. Find the button titled “SUSPEND” under the Actions section. As they like to say in America “It’s as easy as pie”.
Simply follow the same steps above to ReActivate any Paused/Suspended subscriptions.
Of course. Variety is the spice of life after all! And we understand that personal needs vary from time to time.
Changing a subscription from one product to another is simple and straight forward. Head over to the Subscriptions tab in your My Account dashboard and view the Subscription you would like to change.
Scroll to Product under “Subscription totals” and click the button “Change Subscription or Reorder Test Tubes”.
Select the product variation you would like begin receiving. This will take you through the cart and check out process with a $0 checkout total. Don’t worry, there’s no need to re-enter any information. In the Cart and Checkout pages you will see an updated total for your next renewal based on the price of the new product variation selected.
When you choose to change Subscriptions your first order of the new product selected will arrived packaged with 3 (three) new test tubes, followed by refill pouches on subsequent renewals.
Changes too Subscriptions must occur before 10:00pm (22:00hrs) the day before your renewal payment is due. Subscription changes made after 10pm (22:00hrs) the day before your renewal date, will take effect the following month.
*Please note: Subscription need to be Active (not On Hold) in order to be able to change product.
We hope it never comes to that, however we fully appreciate life circumstances change. Cancelling a subscription is a very straightforward process.
Visit the Subscriptions tab in your My Account dashboard and view the Subscription you would like to cancel.
Under Actions simply click the “CANCEL” button and “Voila” you will not be charged any future renewal payments.
We are all trying to do our part in being more sustainable and environmentally (which is why refill pouches ROCK!), however “Life Happens” things get lost and/or damaged and sometimes it’s just nice getting a fresh set of tubes.
Reordering test tubes follows the same easy steps as Changing a Subscription.
Head over to the Subscriptions tab in your My Account dashboard and view the Subscription you would like to order new test tubes for.

Update your payment method, select if you would like to use the new payment method for all your active subscriptions and complete the process by clicking the “Change Payment Method” button at the bottom of the screen.
When updating payment details, as with all orders processed on gherbal.com we never store any payment information on our servers. All payments and payment information is stored and processed by Stripe.
Updating the shipping address where you receive your subscription is a straight forward process.
Visit the Subscriptions tab in your My Account dashboard and view the Subscription you would like to update the shipping address for. Click “Change Address” and enter the new shipping details of where you would like to receive your subscription.
Same as with Payment Method you can select to update your shipping address for a single or all active subscriptions.

All prices on gherbal.com are quoted in USD inclusive of all taxes and duties. What you see is what you pay, no bothersome bills from couriers or customs.
